Visit to Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary, Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia
Do you like this story?
Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary is a wildlife sanctuary in Currumbin, Gold Coast and is the home to one of the largest collections of Australian native wildlife in the world.
The park also contains a state-of-the-art veterinary and rehabilitation hospital where thousands of sick and injured animals are brought every day.
We chose to visit Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary despite having visited the Australia Zoo mainly because Jezebelle loves animals and the sanctuary is quite near to our apartment in Palm Beach.

Entrance to Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary is through the souvenir shop

Lorikeet Feeding
Lorikeet Feeding happens twice a day, one at 8:00am; the other at 4:30pm. For more information, check out the show times.
