The Creme Brulee (焦糖炖蛋) was heavenly — the texture outside was crispy while the inside was not too soft, it was just right.

Chocolate Snow (朱古力秋香)

Chocolate Snow (朱古力秋香) was not too bad, but not my favorite. Unlike the traditional Taiwanese dessert stores, Tong Pak Fu uses shaved ice milk instead of just shaved ice.

Even Suzi Wong a.k.a. Ah So (苏施黄), the popular food critic from Hong Kong approves Tong Pak Fu.
