Survival Tips #1: Quick Pizza In 3 Easy Steps

Step 1: Find a Base

You can easily bake a pizza using wraps, tortilla or pita. I baked mine using wholegrain wraps.

Step 2: Add the Ingredients

For the toppings (ingredients), you just need any cheese, preferably Mozzarella; I used low fat Mozzarella cheese. I spreaded Tomato puree as the base and add some small, chopped slices of chicken ham. You can substitute chicken ham with tuna, turkey ham, bacon or any meat you prefer; or you can still skip the meat altogether.

Step 3: Bake It!

Bake it in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius (392 degrees Fahrenheit).

The result?
